I personally have my health because of 420 Connect. My doctors are amazed with my improvement all around. I send all my friends to Dr. Mike Wallace, if they qualify for their cards. He’s knowledgeable and honest. I’ve heard such great reviews about him. He and his staff do an amazing job in our community and are friendly. I go to him every year. His prices are reasonable and affordable. More.

Great service from caring people!

Compassionate, professional, affordable, and very clear about the whole process. I had been nervous about the process and cost of getting a medical marijuana card but 420 Connect took care of all of that. Great place.

Wonderful service, quick and efficient. Doctor is very professional with affordable prices. Second year going and will be back next year 🙂

Great experience every time I step foot into their office. Both Los Lunas and Albuquerque has been a great experience. Most helpful, humble, caring service Ive ever gotten! Im definitely referring friends n family there! More.

I thought the provider was wonderful! He was professional, caring and even took the time to do a complete physical exam. He also gave me information that I could use to educate myself further on which products would work best for my particular medical condition. I am thankful that they are there! More.

I had a very pleasant experience, although I was concerned about the whole privacy issue I read about in another review, I believe that the office and dr. Wallace himself have addressed the issue being that no other appointments were scheduled during my wife’s appointment. Dr. Wallace treated us very kindly and he was also concerned with the issues leading to the diagnosis instead of circle numbers and get out. I will definitely be renewing my card there instead of going back to greenview, I just felt like it was more professional and like I was there for medicinal purposes and not recreational. Thanks doc. 420Connect was a great experience for me. I did some research on pricing for renewing my medical card. Iv’e been paying $150 for the past 4 years. I had heard that there much cheaper prices out there. I found 420Connect. What a deal! $40 for renewing my card. I just received my new card n it was processed within two weeks. Judith was awesome in explaining their program. The different strains for chronic pain etc. she took her time helping me n educating me. She cares bout her patients. Thank you very much! I have recommended 420Connect to several of my friends. Can’t forget Litzy in the front office. Very friendly, helpful, and great customer service!Eugene More.

Your doctor must certify, (on the application provided by the NM Medical Cannabis Program), that you have an eligible medical condition, that the condition is chronic and debilitating, and that they have discussed the potential risks and benefits of medical cannabis usage with you and believe that the benefit outweighs any health risks in your case. This recommendation may need to be accompanied by further proof of your debilitating medical condition, depending on the condition, such as physician records. The records are not necessary for your renewal.

Recommendations must be submitted to the New Mexico Department of Health along with the completed application. Application forms are available at http://nmhealth.org/about/mcp/svcs/ or can be acquired by calling (505) 827-2321.
